Track Workout: GET OUTSIDE!

CIRCUIT #1

bleacher runs– 10 x = 10 bleacher columns

10 push ups at the top of each bleacher = 100 push ups

CIRCUIT #2

Run 1 lap around track + 10 squat jumps, 10 split jumps, and 10 side-side squats (I used a hurdle to go under, if you have them available  x 4 rounds = 1 mile!!

CIRCUIT #3

100m sprint + 50 crunches

100m sprint + 40 crunches

100m sprint + 30 crunches

100m sprint + 20 crunches

100m sprint + 10 crunches

This will equal to a little over 1 mile!
