Summer time is here! Happy first day of summer! Most of us assume we will be less stressed and more carefree during the summer months, when really it’s pure CHAOS! Here’s a quick at home workout that you can do in 30 minutes or less! #YAYSUMMER #BOOTYBYBRITTNEY #SUNSOUTBUNSOUT #SUMMERTIME #WORKOUT

Tabata Style! 20 seconds of work: 10 seconds of rest

Circuit 1: 4 rounds

20 seconds: High Knees

REST 10

20 seconds: Body weight Squats

REST 10

Circuit 2: 4 Rounds

20 Seconds: V Up Abs

REST 10

20 Seconds: Ab roll up to standing position, start on your back, rock back forcefully then all in one motion come to standing, then lower yourself down controlled.

REST 10

Circuit 3: 4 Rounds

20 Seconds: Push Up Jacks ( push up, hop feet out then back in) Repeat

REST 10

20 Seconds: Half burpees ( start in high plank, jump feet forward and land in squat then palce hands back to the floor and use your abs to jump back into the high plank)

REST 10
