    Britt,
    it’s me your Aunt. I Need some help figuring how I should change things up to work with my nightshift. Should I do breakfast when I wake up in the evening and dinner at work? When should I do Lunch? I am running on Treadclimber for 45 mins a day but haven’t incorporated the weights. I do plan on doing this soon. I have to follow two schedules; one when I am working and one wen I am not working. This creates a real challenge. What do you suggest?

      Hey! I would use the challenge at which ever time you are active most. When you regularly eat breakfast lunch and dinner keep that routine the same! When you’re not working to along your day as you normally would with all the meals as B L D (breakfast lunch and dinner) if you are eating your regular meals on night shift then use the challenge then! Does this help? I will ask more info for you too!

      Hey! It is recommended to d the challenge during the day time if that is possible at all because your metabolism will be used to you being active during the days! Esp if you are flip flopping between days and nights! Hope this helps ! Another challenger suggested it bc she also works midnights !
